Bill Bass grew up along the Texas Gulf Coast and then spent his high-school years living overseas in Singapore. While living overseas, he developed an interest in photography, traveling throughout Asia photographing unique places, cultures, and environments. Bill focuses on wildlife, nature, landscape, and conservation photography, and is an ambassador, past board member, and volunteer with Bayou Land Conservancy. Bill's work has been featured by PBS NOVA as well as local publications. His photograph Blue Guadalupe was accepted into The Woodlands High School Art Trust collection in 2019.
Bill seeks to illustrate and communicate the importance of conservation through compelling imagery, so that we might connect with our natural world and work towards a more sustainable future.
When people ask me what they can do to make a difference in their community, the answer is simple: Just get involved.
